Ayurveda Abhyanga massage is beneficial to improve circulation and relives toxins. During Abhyanga massage, the oil will penetrate into skin through pores, hydrate tissues, and make them soften. Shirodhara is a classical and a well-established ayurvedic Therapy. It is described as pouring warm herbal oil over the forehead on third eye. The oil then flows around the forehead and down into the scalp, then gently massaged into scalp. Normally, therapy will apply for 60 minutes or regarding person to person.

Shirodhara is said to have relaxing, soothing, and calming effects on the body and mind. Research says it will enhanced “endorphins” a wellbeing neurotransmitters and promotes health and healing. Research also suggests that Shirodhara may help to improve sleep, reduced anxiety and stress, relaxing mind and body, reduced or stopped unwanted though and keep mind calm, improve sleep and beneficial to manage insomnia.



Nasya or nasal therapy is known as sinus cleanse therapy. It is a part of panchakarmas therapy  as well as part of daily lifestyle. The effective area of Nasya is from head to neck. During this therapy herbal oil will pour into nostril. Nasya oils are specially formulated with specific herbs and prepare with specific manners.

It is also important to how to apply Nasya oil into nostril. Once oil will entered into “Shrungatak Marma”, it is absorbed and flow through blood. The essence of herbs and oil will nourish organs and senses into head.

Regular application of Nasya therapy will be cleansed hair follicles from inside, nourishing hair and hair follicles, promotes hair growth, and beneficial to scalp and hair conditions. It is also nourishing senses and promotes wellbeing.
